Main objectives of this project:
● Understand how Bluetooth technology works
● Learn to program in Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME)
● Deliver a software product (BCQ)
● Run a web page that will contain software information
● Run a wap page, which will allow users to download the software.

“By using Bluetooth technology, this project aims to deliver an application for Java Enabled mobile devices, such as mobile phones and PDAs. The main purpose of the application is to allow users who are within range to exchange messages in a chat environment (relative to mIRC, ICQ, MSN etc.). As this type of messaging is free of charge and does not involve any usage of the mobile operator's network it is perfect for use in offices, classrooms, clubs etc. The users will be able to search for paired devices and users that they are aware of and also search and chat to users using the BCQ who are unknown but available for chat.“
